    You won't actually eat a bigger meal... you'll eat until you are full whether 1/3 is SF or not. By having 1/3 SF you are using a natural portion control. A lot of SF foods are alos SuperSpeed so work through your body quicker and with less effort so that would also help your weightloss.

    You get it at your SW group. It's a HExB or 1 syn per slice. It tastes like turf but is full of fibre so it's good for you. it's similar to Ryvita A lot of people use them to make cakes and a lot of people use it instead of bread.. Me? I just don't use it!

    As the others have said.. deffo give it another week. If you kept a food diary, leave it with your consultant to have a look at.. Most people who go from a no/low carb diet to SW gain in their 1st week and then have a big loss in their 2nd week..

    You can have tomatoes as y our SuperFree with your Fry. EE does exactly what is says on the tin. A good tip to help get in your 1/3 would be to make your own coleslaw, you can have that with your steak and chips.
