    2lbs off this week for me so big smiles, but think there has been alot of carb creep and too much snacking so will have to tighten the belt if i want to lose next week.

    starting induction AGAIN

    boiled egg, mushrom, mini perperami, its of chicken, pork scratching and if i fancy something sweet i make a one egg omlette with sweetner kinda like a crepe and have that for a snack. i try just to have my three meals and maybe afternoon nibble though

    Hi Kat1e, no diet ramblings so far as im not sure how regular i would be at writing in it. I am feeling a slump mid to late afternoon so maybe if i write on here people will be able to help me find the cause. where is your holiday in april to? can i ask what dress size your in and what size...

    Hi there dont be disheartened, on lipotrim you cant have been on very many calories, also the jump back to real food will be something your body needs to adjust to again. Give it another week or so to settle into a pattern. Those 2lbs are probably just A NATURAL bodily variation

    evening lady! You must be knackered all that dancing. ive been on snack overload last two nights dont know whats going on, also feeling a bit fat even after my big motivating loss on week one. hope its just week 2 blues
