    hey, i kinda agree, i was talking to my mate whos a personal trainer, he said its better to do it in 3-4 weekly batches, then refeed and maintenance 3-4 weeks so your body can sorta acclimatize to the weight loss, so it'll be better in the long run

    hey amanda, personally i dont think you should be having coffee beans, even though they may not affect ketosis, there are also other foods which do not, but for maximum weight loss efficiency, its better just to stick to the shakes and water! but its personal preference:D

    hey mirjam, it all depends on wether you think you/your body can take the work, i suggest you have a full session, see how your feeling, if your feeling really dizzy and tired, then cut the session down

    Week1 (Restart after a month) - Stunned

    So i weighed in at 93kg at beginning of the restart week, refed started at 92.6kg, so was happy. But over the moon as i weighed in at 87.4kg, giving me a loss of 12lbs, was stunned as i havent been 100% TFR!

    Hey everyone, well i've been away for about 3 weeks now i reckon, left at 92.6kg about 3 weeks ago, weighed in today at 93.0kg, so not too bad, im guessing 4 more weeks to my target, so hopefully ill be done by new years eve. P.S. good to see everyone is doing mighty well!
