This might work for you too.....allow yourself 10 syns per day sun- fri and any that you don't use, carry over for the weekend. Allow yourself 15 on Sat + all the ones that you have carried over. I have been doing that and have lost 4 stones :) I have red wine and nibbles in a Sat as well :)

There is 560 calories in a plate with 10. They do a smaller plate with 6, so I would say about 300 calls worth - about 15 ?

I've not been weighed for 4 weeks due to bad news about my mum & 2 weeks all inclusive holiday ( which I desperately needed). Tonight will be pay back time !!!! I think I have put on 9lbs, and hope its easy on, easy off. I am giving myself 4 weeks to shift this & hope that is realistic.

I have been on the plan for 18 months now taking time off for holidays and weekends away. It has never felt like a diet as such and it's something that I could do pretty much forever hopefully lol x

I kind of do this too. I use on average 5 syns per day mon - fri and roll over 5 on these days and that covers my alcohol on sat nights. I also allow myself 15 syns on a Sat and 10 on a Sunday.

Fairy dust your goal Sounds totally achievable. I was in Mexico in oct and put on a fair few pounds due to not resisting the all inclusive goodies. Even though I still had lots to loose, I still felt good.
