Hi guys... Well I haven't posted on here for a few months and it's been months of hell!! I've lost four stone on the Cambridge Diet on and off since last Summer and have felt great at 11stone...then in November I had a re-occuring bout of tonsilitus, kidney infections, anaemia...

Don't get me started... My skin has gone awful, really spotty and all over my cheeks and into my neck. My hair has thinned out and gone quite limp too... Huge downside but then I put on my size 14 jeans and it doesn't seem so bad!! Mares x x

When I've come out of ketosis, it's immediate, as in a couple of hours and I'll always know why!! I really wouldn't worry about the colour, as Porgeous said, it's the pink that's important, not the depth of it. Mares x x

Personally I have had this on and off during my CD experience... I've restarted and the same has happened again.. it does settle down but in my experience going for no.2's is never the same as it was when I was eating solids..for me it's not a tummy bug or a laxative effect of anything other...
