    Woo back in the 15's

    Yay just weighed myself and I'm back in the 15's for the first time in over 2 years! Obviously still a way to go but I was over 18st back in January and I feel so much better!

    Cheat days

    It's not technically cheating but I do have all of my weeklies when I get home from my class, usually a healthy takeaway, then I'm good for the rest of the week, hasn't affected my weight loss so far.

    Can i start with propoints?

    I started with propoints too and it's really working, I do much better when I'm restricted to a certain amount of points otherwise I have no off switch and just keep on eating!!!

    Meetings or online

    I've been doing it online for 6 months but kept going off it all the time, started going to meetings and I'm doing much better, the weight is falling off. I'd really recommend doing the meetings

    First stone :o)

    I started off at 18 stone which I think is the main reason it came off so fast, was ten pounds the first week but has now slowed down to a more healthy rate. I'm getting married in October so really need to shift this weight!

    Nandos

    Just restarted ww after a 2 month break and was shocked to see that the pp value in the planner for nandos spicy rice seems to have changed??? It was 5 and now it's 7! Did they have it wrong or has the recipie changed? I always thought 5 seemed too low!

    30 bananas a day.

    The videos do look amazing! I'm doing ww and fruit has 0 points so I'm eating more than ever too. Weight is really starting to drop off so I think there can't b any harm in eating lots of fruit x

    Night shifts

    im a nurse too and find nightshift a real challenge! its too tempting to start eating junk food in the middle of the night! got my first set of nights since i started back on ww in a couple of weeks, just hope i can stick to it! x
