    It would be good if sw did this but I don't thin they do so that you have to burn off the extra cals! In my mind its better if they do that. Size it encourages you to work out for the benefits it gives. Lesley xx

    What exercise do you do!?

    I started back at the gym about 6 weeks ago and and I try to go 2 - 3 times a week. I do 30 minutes on the crosstrainer and 25 minutes on the treadmill (20 of which is running and 5.5 mph). it works out that I burn about 500 - 550 cals per session.

    Extra Easy New to the forum - attempting sw at home.

    I must admit that I tend to use my syns for alcohol at the weekend but this is not the best way to use them! A lot of people use their syns in cooking but I like to 'see' my syns ie a freddo or a bag of french fries, this way I feel like I'm having a treat. Lesley x

    you need to use your syns and as everyone else has already said you can cut them down to 10 if you find your losses are slow. Also, you need to put food in (healthy food of course) in order to keep your metabolism up and help weight loss. Lesley x
