    I can remember years ago when I did WW I got the award for the dieter who put the most weight on over Christmas, 11 pounds in 5 days, but it all came off again the week after, keep up with it, you'll be fine x

    Thanks for advice, coke zero is keeping me sane. Does anyone know though if you can count toasted your water intake though? Same with tea and coffee can these be used towards it too. At moment I'm doing water plus the rest

    Hi all I've started exante after following my mum for the last 6 month doing LL. I cant get to classes etc so thought this would be a better (and cheaper) alternative. So started thursday and already into a routine Morning vanilla shake hot with coffees and sweetener for my "special latte"...

    I have no will power and only avoid the scales when I know I'm over eating, otherwise it's every other day. But now going to try to get to Thursday morning for first full week :)

    I dranknit over 4 brews. Sprinkled quarter of pack in a mug with one sweetener and 2 spoons of coffee mixed to a paste and topped up with water slowly whilst whisking with a fork. Made 4 milky coffees in all

    Light Headed

    Thanks to the posts I've realised I can drink coke zero and it's def given me a lift but felt very tired after having my soup at tea time for about an hour. I think exercise may help?
