Trying to make 40th birthday as "overweight" :)

Hi all I've started exante after following my mum for the last 6 month doing LL. I cant get to classes etc so thought this would be a better (and cheaper) alternative.

So started thursday and already into a routine

Morning vanilla shake hot with coffees and sweetener for my "special latte"
Lunch bar ( now tasting nice)
Evening soup ( struggling with Tom one though)

I've also got the fitness game on the xbox and I try to do 30 min exercise each night

I'm 40 this year and would love to be just over weight and not "obese" for the first time in nearly 20 years

So here we are day 4, onwards and "downwards" :)

When's your birthday and how much do you have to go to fall into the overweight category - if you don't mind me asking

September, want to be 10 and half stone started at 14 stone 3, set target of 12 stone for Easter. I've not been below 12 stone since I was 20.
