I've been 'wombless' for the past 8 years or so - but as I inject insulin 4 times a day and that is a hormone perhaps it's that?? Don't think I'm drinking enough water thou so I'll aim for that and perhaps cut back portions and try not to get too disillusioned.

Thanks for your support. My start weight was weighed at the hospital with my clothes on and todays weigh in was at home sans clothes - so I think I only lost 2lbs......... I will defo carry on thou - maybe I'll try and just weigh myself once a fortnight and judge by my clothes whether things...
