    Well my dads a top chef and everytime i visit he showsme but i still can't ddo it back at home!!! Ha might try it tomorrow instead of a roast! Although it won't me the same without the wine and the pile of Parmesan lol xx

    Well I had bit pizza and wasn't saving sins.... Doh I'm struggling I need to give my head a shake it's hard cos my mam has lost 25.5lb doing it but I think she makes it up as she goes, then my dad won't eat fresh foods and my OH just eats like a pig so not much help in this house no good! Cry

    Snacking...

    I tend to do this due to boredom on weekends! Try and keep busy but wehave (me and my mother) made up jelly cups with fruit in them and stops me snaking on sweets and biscuits my downfall is crisps lol or when my bf gets a take away I have a few of his chips lol
