Messed up

    Finised with my partnern so had a slightly bad week then a weekend away no food but lots of lager now loaded with cold so cba to cook so dreading weigh in on Monday grr!!

    Right - you had a (very understandable) bad week last week, and you're sick now (might it have something to do with the stress and maybe the lower vitamin intake?) but you know you have so you can draw a line under that have WI and take any possible wee gain on the chin; it's ONLY a few days out of the whole of the rest of your life that've gone a bit astray and they don't need to carry on their affect any further.

    Also, if your WI's not until monday then maybe you can even pull back any weight you might have re-gained; lots of water and SS SFree foods (lots of HM tomato soup, melon, grapefruit - all healthy things that'll help shift that cold, too). You can do this! You deserve to let yourself do this.

    Thats exactly what im going to do! feeling a bit better now too so hopefully hammer the gym over the weekend!
