    Well done everyone! I decided to weigh on a Saturday as even though I technically started SW 9 days ago, I didn't have scales until 2 days after I started. Anyway 3.5lbs off for me! Wasn't expecting that. I thought maybe 1lb and would have been chuffed even with that!

    I think the only problem with drinking just 3 shakes a day is that, as someone else explained to me in another thread, if your body gets used to that low calorie intake (3 shakes a day would only be 600-660 calories) you would need to keep up a low intake in order to not put on weight again.     I think the advice would be not to do it that way unless you speak to a doctor. To be honest depending on how much you're eating at the moment I think even Slim Fast the proper way is a bit of a kickstart anyway, it was a complete shock to my system the first week and I was hungry all the time...
