    I bought the col clear formula a from the internet it arrived in 2 working days - i take 2 a day and i have been everyday since - I'[ve only been taking it for 3 days. the real test is if it works long term but there seems to be no warning of taking it too often so for now i am happy!

    I love dukan! I think the choice is amazing and the fact that we are retraining our bodies to use each source / vitamin from the allowed foods can only be a good thing! Our bodies process water better, the veg works more in terms of getting the transit going, we suffer much less from bloatedness...

    What a good point - i hadnt thought about the benefits of appreciating naturally sweet veg or flavoursome savoury foods.     I think I have become a sweetner addict! I use candarel in EVERYTHING- well apart from my chicken and tuna!! I know there is the whole fear around aspartame but do you know how much we are actually allowed to have on the dukan? Is there a limit or should I be cutting back!
