    thanx so much jo :D ive been using morrisons and its 9 syns, i usually split it between 4 so 3 syns per service, but i found its not enough to make super cheesy macaroni cheese. Coop loks good tho, even if i half it its only 3.5 syns :D

    I've put it through the slimming world online calculator and it's free on EE and green and 16 syns on red. I can't believe it. I'm gonna ring the hotline tomorrow because I'm in shock, it's so nice, but it has coconut milk in?? I love wagamanas too :drool:

    I also made syn free cheese scones today,recipe which I found on here, they went down a treat, mam, dad AND boyfriend (who thinks eating 1 block of cheese a day is 'cutting down') even enjoyed them! So they were a massive hit and so easy to make. I will deffo be making a batch of these babies again.

    I have a huge issue about using my HEA and HEB first thing in the morning. So i raised it at class and a woman in class told me this, make your porridge up with a fat free yog, add a little water, and microwave for 2mins, then youve saved your HEA :D
