    I totally agree with this, i felt terrible for the 1st 5 days but i got through it and so can you, Always keep some paracetamol close. I also found it really helpful to have a Coke Zero mid day as it settled my sweet tooth. Good luck xx

    Hi i am new to Dukan and i have found that i cant go whether i want to or not for around 4 days at a time - has anyone else had this problem? I have been taking my oatbran everyday and drinking all the water etc. I am eating a lot less but i have still only been 3 times in 2 weeks. Please Help

    Hi, I am new to this diet aswell and i am finding it easy to stick to so far. Apart from the fact that i am a total cheese lover and really miss the strong flavour. Same old story love my diets but nothing sticks - especially at the weekend. Hope you are all doing well. xx
