    Thanks Minerva. Yeh, do need to wind my neck in a bit as only on week 2 lol. Great to get feedback on here though as it really helps you to understand and 'normailise' things a bit.     Hi all, just quick question re Headaches and Dizziness. I'm on week 2 of LLL and find now I'm getting well headachy even though I'm drinking 3+liters water daily. Also, had a couple of dizzy spells yesterday when getting up from sitting to standing. Does this go away? Thanks :)
