    I would never cook chicken from frozen - can't you defrost it in the microwave?

    Disappointed with slow weight loss :-(

    Try to look at your weight loss over a longer period of time - so you see what you have achieved in a month rather than a week. My weight loss has been slow - took me 3 weeks to loose 1lb, then one week to put it back on again...lol Just keep with it and you will see a result. Good luck xx

    Yep me too, I put on this week, and I have had a good week. Yesterday when I got weighed all day I had a really bloated painful tummy which lasted from 8.30am to 9.30pm - so I just know that was the cause, but it is still horrible. Last week next week b4 my hols, so really hoping for a nice loss

    turkey for 9 days on sunday

    I have the same concerns really we are going away mid Aug for 3 weeks. I am going to try to swim properly every day twice a day if I can!! We will be dong some cooking which will help - and just try to make good choices at other times. Watch what you drink - and enjoy!!

    Don't feel sad, remember why you are getting married - that is the most important thing, the commitment you are making to each other - not who can have the best party!! Hubby and I got married abroad just the 2 of us and been happy for 14 years xx

    That is fantastic - well done. To everyone else try and look at your weight loss over more that one week, I try to look at it for the month. It is disappointing when you have been on plan and not done as well as you expect, but over a month everything evens out more. Hope that helps

    Bit gutted as put on 1/2 lb. Although had a good week did have a meal out but planned for it, the only other thing different, was yesterday I ate my lunch at 1.30pm usually I have it at 12 noon. Do you think this would of made any difference?:confused:

    I'm a bit gutted too, half a pound on, and only had one meal out, which I planned for and made good choices. Trying not to dwell, especially when there are people in the class who lost and you get the 'I don't know why because I ate....this and that and went out...blah blah':confused:

    Try slimming world - you can have carbs and you don't get hungry - there is no counting which makes it simple

    Sounds like a case of jealousy to me. you are doing fantastic, and always remember on facebook, you can delete posts out of your news feed, or even block items - so use that!!

    Arrrrgh! Totally lost my way!

    don't give up with everything you have achieved. Make today a good day on plan, then move forward after weight in tomorrow. You will be back on track and feeling much better. Draw a line under everything and don't dwell try to look forward - you can do it!!;)

    Half a sodding pound.

    A loss is better than putting on - even if it is small. A thread on here suggested that including melon and strawberries helped them, so I have tried that this week and lost 2 lbs, worth a try?

    What's different this time

    The planning I find is the key. Try to drink more water that always helps! what day is your WI? I have tried eating more melon and strawberries this week - will see if that makes any difference. Good luck !!

    Extra Easy Days Does anyone else find that EE just doesn't work for them???

    I felt like that last night also. I had a very good week, just one day flexible syns but that was just booze not food, and rest of week really good. I do mainly extra easy and I am now wondering?? I put on 1.5lbs and was completely gutted. I did not stay for group, because I could not face...

    Really hate the scales

    Don't be hard on yourself, just keep 100% today and before your WI tomorrow. I sometimes scale hop too, I weighed myself once before bed then again in the morning and the difference was -5lbs. Hubby wondered what I was dreaming about...lol Let us know how you get on :)

    these situations are never easy, and there are no rules. My husband had 3 boys by his previous wife. You sound like you are doing loads to include her, but you are not being selfish wanting time alone with your partner.

    I think the walk idea is great and may suggest it. I work away from home during the week, so my class is not local and that would be an idea to get to know places a bit.
