i was the same as you, i was on weight watcher pp, was doing well, went on holiday only for a week, struggled to get back on it, i was craving pasta far to much, so i swapped to slimming world just my 2nd week on it, loving it :) and losing!

i'm boring i just have 2 slices of brown bread, and 2 extra light laughing cow cheese

def, i usually fill up bottles find it easier to drink it that way and keep count :)

Not stupid at all, i always weigh myself in the morning now because i always weighed more at night. As above fluids weigh alot more, don't drink heaps before you go ;), you will be fine :).

if you have a pound land in your area def go in there, loads of bargains and if you like the cookies, morrisons are doing them at 70p a pack right now :)! Hope that helps
