    Yep! Took no money off me last night and I got all the stuff for free. If I had the will power I would have bought the calculated and then not needed anything. Sadly I think I need the shame of getting on the scales at the moment!

    It's strange to think of a 100cal snack bar extra as a binge but this diet is really making me think about what I would normally eat and why. Must get out of the "normally" mentality. Eating healthy is now "normal"!

    I tend to have "a day off" usually at the weekends but having only lost 1lb this week and having gone swimming and my 4 mile walk I think I need to stick to it a bit better at the weekends to really see results by the time we go to Florida. My ticker is what I could lose if I manage 2lbs a week...

    just walked 4 miles

    I'm doing a 13 mile midnight walk on the 19th June so decided it was about time I got started on some training. Only problem is I've come back starving! I saved my lunch time shake until I got back but really fancy a packet of baked cheese and onion walkers that I know are in the kitchen!

    I couldn't believe some of the Harvester ones! over 1000 calories for a nlue cheese burger. And I always thought that would be one of the healtheir places to eat out!

    I haven't stuck to it 100% and have lost 6lbs in 2 weeks. The convenience is the best thing for me. I freak out at having to think and plan ahead. This takes away most of the choice for me so I don't have to work anything out!

    I'm new too!

    Been lurking for a couple of weeks but thought it was about time I posted. I started SW just after new year and have so far lost 11lbs. Bit gutted as I put on half a lb last week and was really hoping to make a stone in 4 weeks but I know eating hot cross buns wasn't a good idea!
