    On the left of the activity tracker is a calculator. Only you know if what you did was light, moderate or intense activity. Select one and then put the time you were active for. It will give you the activity points and you can add that to your tracker. Hope that's helpful

    WW Gumbo!

    Did you try this recipe? Is it any good/worth trying? I wouldn't have thought it particularly filling as it uses 1 chicken breast between 4 people though there's plenty of other ingredients. Thought I might try it with a pitta bread and salad to bulk up more?
