According to syns online it's free if made up with water. Although you may be better off posting nutritional values and getting someone to check for you as cream powder sounds like it may hav possible syns to me. Hope this helps :-)

Totally agree!! Always used semi skimmed before joining SW. Since then hav switched to purple one less than 1% fat it's £1.00 for 2 litres in tesco.

I used frozen cauliflower as it was a last minute decision & that's all I had there. It was absolutely gorgeous & tastes just like curry from my local takeaway. This is definitely a fav in our house now! Yum yum x

I had them quite often with plain noodles and it hasn't affected my weight loss. I heard in group that this was quite low in syns & I think the noodles are free. I just count my curry sauce mmmm. I'm fancying one now!! Lol x

Well I made the stew & it was really tasty, if anything it was too thick! Lol but thats just me being picky. It went dwn really well with hubby & baby. I made the stew using beef stock x2, leeks, carrots, swede, potatoes, parsnip , peas & 200g lean corned beef. I also added mixed dried herbs...

Mmm corned beef stew is yummy! If the corned beef goes in at the end of cooking just to warm through, with minimal stirring it will stay together. I prefer mine all mushed up:-)

The packet mix has flour and flavourings in which thickens the stew. If I just use herbs & oxo cubes won't it be runny?

Should I syn it? Amko BBQ glaze powder. Can't find this anywhere. It's a glaze powder that I bought from the butchers that they use to marinate meat. No NV on packet. Ingredients are sugar salt starch natural ground spices and glycerine. Would only b using a small amount. Any thoughts anyone???

Just checked on syns app and for most ham e.g sliced, wafer thin etc it's coming up as 5-6.5 syns per 100g? I was told by my SW consultant that it's syns unless it's very lean proper ham, not the processed stuff with added water etc... Hope that helps x

Going by the rule of 20 calories = 1 syn. And contains no free food it's 12.5 - 13 syns :-(
