    not saying it's no good i've done it myself ... but didn't agree with me ... but you do have to be very careful with intake of fat cos it can cause unpleasant side effects - and he has done so well on his own :))))

    clothes sizes

    is there no standard size pattern for clothes .. started at a 24 have lost close to 2 stone ... have just been holiday shopping and have bought a mix of sizes from a size 14 up to a 22 it's really stupid how it varies .. am I the only one who thinks so

    does anyone shop at aldi?

    the cowbells be light triangles 8 pack are 1.5 each on all sw 3 can be counted as HEb on green so I think it's the same on ee which is odd cos I thought they would be HEA but 3 x 20g light cheese singles can be used as HEA on all sw is that confusing or what ... sorry if it makes no sense

    god I have loads to loose ... I've never had a big appetite in fact my hubby reckons anorexics eat more than me which I now realise is the reason I got so big cos I'm just a storage unit :)))) eating the wrong stuff and not so much of the good stuff but it's amazing how the little things add up...

    this is my typical days food can some advise lost 1.5 stone but now stopped breakfast: mullerlight & chopped banana lunch: HEB ham and HEA half fat cheese sandwich no butter & walkers baked dinner: huge salad chicken breast and salad cream (1tbls) boiled baby new pots melon and berries...

    i don't go to a class but can anyone help with the body magic thing I keep hearing about ... I am currently doing 1/2 hour on a gravity strider and 15 mins weights cos I'm still to embarrassed to go out in public :(( I don't think it's making a difference
