    I wouldn't change anything tbh, your weeklies are there to be used. Don't take any notice of your weight until your official weigh in. Theres a reason its once a week!

    Maybe eat high point but healthy stuff like oily fish, nuts, seeds, avocado etc. But I agree, don't force yourself to eat more than you want to. Also why not have peanut butter on your crumpets.     Looking for a bit of advice because I'm getting very confused doing internet searches. My boyfriend and I want to go on holiday for a week leaving on 10th October. Can anyone recommend anywhere thats still nice and sunny/warm that time of year? And preferaby not super expensive! Thankyou!xx

    WW fits in much better with my life, it makes much more sense to me and there seems like so much more freedom! It also seems to me much more maintainable. I think I'm biased because ww has worked so well for me over the lst couple of years though lol

    I'm exactly like that and it drives me mad! We have aset ofscales in the loo at work (I work on a mental health unit) so I now try and always use a different toilet coz I can't trust myself!

    Yum yum. By home and bargain do you mean home bargains? If so I'm there! I found some tuna light lunch things for 79p in there, full of pasta, tuna in a tomato sauce with veggies. Great for lunch with a big salad and only 5ppts
