Yeah, thank you. Just concerned for my wife and hate feeling helpless coz I can't to more to ease her pain. I am pretty useless... I just fuss about and keep on offering to get her stuff like drinks and run her baths... but she just wants to be left alone.

I am a teacher and am starting some extra curricular clubs for the kids... that way I get fit, the kids get fit and we all have fun along the way. Starting Cheerleading after school today from 3:15 to 5:00... that should get my heart rate going and burn off a few calories. :)

I've maintained my initial 2 stone loss for a month now... (Ia am starting on my second 'push' this week)... I am still getting loads of people saying... "Wow, you have lots loads more!" and I have to explain, "No, still just the 2 stone."... I think they only say it to encourage or be polite.

Try Green or White tea... it's full of antioxidants... if you can get Chinese Oolong Tea it tastes more like 'normal' tea. You can buy it online but if you have a Chinese supermarket near you, you can pick it up much cheaper. I recently bought a box of Green Tea teabags for 35p from a Chinese...
