    Dilemma!!

Oh gosh, not sure what to advise. I would prpbably have the same dilema. Just think how much harder it would be to get back into fat burning after giving your body all those sweet things. But really if you are going to do it, then at least enjoy it and then hit it hard when you come home. :)...

    Chicken curry Help.!

There's a wonderful one on here from Jim. I made it and it was delicious. This is what I did: Finely chop 1/2 and onion and fry until brown, add a pich of salt, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1tsp cumin, 2 fresh tomatoes chopped and the cooked chicken. Add just enough water to cover...

    Baked egg custard??

1 egg plus 1 egg yolk, 120mls double cream, 120mls water, heaped tablespoon of sweetner, few drops of vanilla essence and whisk it all together gently. Put in oven in a bain marie for about 30 minutes and out it comes! I'll let you know what it tastes like later. :)

    Baked egg custard??

My OH and I used to love an egg custard now and again. I was thinking about the ingredients used and surely it must be allowable on Atkins with out the pastry of course. The recipe only calls for egg, sugar (sweetner) cream and vanilla. Has anyone tried it? I fancy making it for dessert tonight.
