    I find that if I've got an overwhelming urge to cheat, its better to actually do it! but only slightly, one chip, a small piece of cheese or whatever it is your craving. But take just a tiny bit and chew slowly, it takes away the craving to have a really good binge! x

    I'm on 3 packs a day and i've been finding it ok. Not been hungry at all so try sticking to 3 and c how you get on. They advise 4packs if your over a certain weight or height but i think if you can do it on 3 go ahead, just make sure you drink the water x

    I mix them in my 'bullet' blender with ice if I'm having it cold, it goes a lil bit further, but any sealed container will do for you to shake it. I have the chocolate shakes and cappuccino hot in the evening, it seems to feel me up more. Well done you for making it to day 2! xx
