Week 1, day 7:

Breakfast:
Mullerlight, banana

Snack:
Kiwi fruit, satsuma, 2 babybels (HEA)

Lunch:
37.5g sainsburys bgty Greek salad cheese (3 syns), mixed salad with sweetcorn, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot and red onion

Tea:
4 hot & spicy chicken thighs (20.5 syns)
2 hifi peanut bars (HEB & 6 syns)

Daily syns: 29.5 syns
Weekly syns total: 89.5 syns

Week 2, day 1:

Lost 4lbs in class last night, current weight 11st 8.5lbs

Breakfast:
2 slices wm toast (HEB) with 1tbsp lurpak lighter (4 Syns), 350ml skimmed milk in cuppas all day (HEA)

Snack:
Raspberries & blueberries

Lunch:
Chilli and spaghetti made with plenty of sf veg, mullerlight

Snack:
Mango, melon and pineapple slices

Tea:
Batchelors chicken & mushroom pasta (made with milk from allowance), gammon steak and mushrooms (lots as I love them!)

Snack:
Satsuma, quavers (7 Syns)

Daily Syns: 11 Syns
Weekly Syns total: 11 Syns

Breakfast:
Mushroom omelette, 350ml skimmed milk in cuppas all day (HEA)

Snack:
Mango, melon & pineapple slices, mullerlight

Lunch:
Spicy chicken pasta (1.5 Syns) Satsuma, raspberries & grapes

Tea:
Chicken, potato, leek and cabbage soup

Snack:
Peanut hifi bar (HEB), melon and grape medley

Daily Syns: 1.5 Syns
Weekly Syns total: 12.5 Syns

Mushroom omelette, 350ml skimmed milk in cuppas all day (HEA)

Snack: Orange

Lunch: Vegetable pasta, mullerlight, pineapple chunks

Tea:
Iceland lamb shank in minted gravy, with cauliflower, carrots, spring greens and boiled new potatoes

Treat:
2 pints of Carling (19 Syns), 3.5 bottles of San Miguel Fresca (28 Syns)

Daily Syns: 47 Syns
Weekly Syns total: 59.5 Syns

Changed my diary slightly from yesterday as forgot to have my HEB, and had a few drinks more than expected last night when out!
Guess I'm tightening in the Syns for the weekend, but doesn't matter as although I have guests over twice, I'm making SW meals!

I had a fantastic weekend socially, not so much sw wise lol!

Took my daughters out shopping on Saturday so had lunch in Nandos, had friends over on Saturday night so pizza, chips, and alcohol!
Had a lower food day yesterday to make up for it so still a little lighter this morning but we'll see what the class scales say tonight!
 
I lost 2.5lbs and got Slimmer of the week too! Was very happy with that result!
That's 6.5lbs in two weeks, I'm aiming for 0.5 next week to get my half stone award!
