    I have been having tinned chopped tomatoes for brekkie, just half a tin in a bowl warmed up...... Mmmmmmm, I suppose it's one of those things you either love or hate though, but at 0 pp I'm not arguing :-)

    Hi Cobra, thanks for the welcome :-) the weight loss will probably slow down but I am definitely going to stick with it. Not sure about the Super Noodles as I've not tried them yet, I will certainly let you know. As for the Pot Noodle..!! I agree, 10 points is mad, they're not even filling.

    One thing I do struggle with is what to put with meat (I'm a real carnivore), I love rice, potatoes and pasta but I tend to be just having salad with the meat, do you have any ideas or tips?
