If you fill 1/3 of your plate with low cal superfree foods that's a 1/3 less of your plate you are filling with the higher calorie meats and carbs so what it does reduce your calorie intake and still keep you full without all the weighing and counting and as an added bonus those veggies are packed with vitamins and minerals that help our bodies stay healthy

I just thought you should know the reasons I love my veg so regularly pile my plate half full with it and it does help with those numbers on the scales going down
