    Last week 10st 1 1/2 lbs this week put on 1 lb 4 ozs now 10st 3lbs 2ozs, really fed-up. I am now eating off a small plate. I am going for a long walk after breakfast today. 9st 12ozs seems so far away.

    I have a Philips Airfryer, I soak the chips for 30 minutes in water to remove the starch, dry them off thoroughly, season them with spices, spray with fry light and the Airfryer does the rest, they are delicious.

    I started at 11st 10lbs, now 10st 2lbs trying to get to 9st 12lbs. I am finding it really hard to lose, I seem to yoyo up and down 8ozs here and there, I am now trying the extra easy plan to see if it works. Maybe my body is just on a plateau and needs a boost. :cry:

    Spray the bird with fry light, season with whatever spices you like, spray again, sit on half a can of beer, roast at 200C for 20 minutes, reduce your temperature to 180C for a further 40-60 minutes or till cooked. It is delicious. Just be careful when taking off the can.:)

    I buy my roasting bags at Morrisons by the kitchen foil, section. There are 10 bags in a red packet, approx size 250mm x 380mm can't remember the price, they can also be used in the microwave.

    Hi Charl Young, Sorry about your dad. Don't give up on up on your SW venture, have you not got a friend that would maybe have the time to walk with you a couple of days each week? What plan do you use Original, Green or Extra Easy. I tend to alternate my days.
