I have converted the Blue Cheese Dressing to this Low Fat Version.
It is great with Salads and Baked Potatoes
Makes 3/4 of a cup Syn Free All Choices
Delicious "light" version of a classic blue cheese dressing.
50g (2 ozs) of plain non- fat yoghurt
50g (2 oz)s of non-fat fromage frais
2 Tbl low fat or no fat mayonnaise
1 Tbl white wine vinegar
½ tsp white splenda
4 to 5 Deli-Light blue cheese, squares
fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whisk the yoghurt, fromage frais, mayonnaise and vinegar together until smooth. Whisk in the splenda. Mash in the blue cheese squares and season to taste. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. Enjoy
