I buy from local grocers rather than supermarket .... Today I got 8 onions,6 apples, 4 satsuma , massive bunch of grapes, 5 plums, 3 kiwi a large cauliflower a large broccoli 2 leeks 5 large carrots and 2 handfuls of peas ( because my son loves them) oh and 4 tomatoes and a bunch of spring...

Make it into a curried rice salad with curry powder and any veg you may have ... Mix all cooked ingredients togeather with curry powder and a little yogurt if you have any in or just add a little water or stock so it isn't dry

The worst bit would be the burger bun I always have piri piri chicken skewers and rice only 2-3 syns for the piri piri sauce but the creamy salad dressing is high syn so avoid it gammon or steak is good too as long as you remove fat n swap chips for a jacket spud xxx

I buy potatoes by the sack load I don't know what kind they are but they make the most amazing sw chips Also spuds are chock full of vitamin c so really good for you xx

I too religiously have my super free as I think that it's a key part of the plan in my opinion and it really makes a huge diff to my losses I even have sf as a part of my snacks

Finally tried the Koko chocolate drink (kara) 200ml for a hex a its lovely ..... I buy the mags .... I have every single Mag since i joined last January .....i look back and re read regularly they are fab for food ideas and have made things i wouldnt have ever tried but thanks to Mag they are now regular meals

If you look on the sweetener it says either aspartime or sucralose on ingredients list i dont use any aspartime as it gives me migranes i even make sure my cordials and fizzy drinks are sucralose ones

aldi does some serious food snob food at good prices ....i have to say im a food snob:o and i shop at aldi and lidl the quality of the food is fantastic and tasty lidl even sell venison and lobster the smoked salmon is fab as are the cooked and cured meats and the veg is great too

im on sw chips and mushy peas doused in salt n vinegar (i call it chippy tea ) just back from group soooooo happy 2.5 off and sotw and my friend came and joined too

well slimming world is fantastic to get you cooking and if you type into youtube syn free there are loads of recipes ppl have videoed themselves making that will help you on your cooking journey xxxx

i like my chutney i only use sucralose based sweeteners in mine as they dont contain the dreaded aspartime and cook really well

if your b is your downfall why not use your b choice for a tbsp of olive oil to use in cooking and dressings and avoid bread and bread/ cereal products totally xx

on food items with no free food allowance crisps sweets choc etc its 20 cal =1 syn always round up to a whole number on calories better to over estimate than underestimate

All depends on pack size if they are the 88 cal a bag ones they are 4.5 syns

may i ask why you only have fruit before wi just eat normally it will really not make much if any diff to the results on the scales x one thing i have found is fluids do effect my wi results (as i drink alot of water 3+ litres a day) so i dont drink 3 hrs before wi as i have found it can make...

Im 26 and do have some loose skin due to weightloss excercise Is helping tone me up and the skin Is slowly catching up and shrinking back but it does take longer than the fat to sort itself

I lose anything from half a lb to 6lb all depends on the excercise and how well i stick to plan but i always have at least 7 syns a day

You should only eat til satisfied and the superfree Is a very important part of the plan its what helps give the calorie defesit

I just water down primula it does make the meal a bit more expensive but its nice if I make a six portion lasagne I use two tubes 4 hex a and 2 hex a worth of grated cheddar too for the top so it's a hex a per portion

I set my goal at 11st 5lb as it would give me a healthy Bmi of 24.9 but I'm now 5.5 lb off and I'm considering dropping it into the 10s as I don't feel like I'm done ... I'm gonna get to the goal I set n just let my weight find its own natural weight whilst keeping my healthy balanced diet

If you struggle to get the mag why not get a subscription ... It is usually a tad cheaper and will get delivered to your door too there's usually a subscription page in the mags
