    Came over very odd early this afternoon - had to leave my daughter with our shopping in Tesco so I could go to the toilet (no.2!) then got back in the checkout queue, but had to run again and was then sick! Third time lucky, but came over faint and hot, so had to have assistance from the staff...

    Hi, I'm Jo from Hertfordshire. I've just turned 40, and am determined to lose this weight for once and for all!     Thanks for all your replies! Am going to go with my gut feeling (and there's plenty of that, LOL!!) and the consensus of the replies and go up to 4. I feel pretty strongly that I'd rather succeed on 4 than fail on 3, so here goes!! Cheers!!

    Yes, that's pretty much it!! I'm not too worried at the mo, as she's very convenient for work, very flexible over when I can pop in, but I am a bit concerned how much use she'll be when the going gets tough!! I'm very glad to have found this forum, as I said earlier, I've learnt so much...
