    I often do green days because I like 2 HE a&b. So if I do green days and say want some ham or tuna I either have to use it as a HE or syn it.     Hi, why dont you start from basics, re-read your books. Also you could do a 7 day meal plan & stick to it. Set yourself a mini target & plan a reward for when you reach it, something to aim for. Hope yhis helps xx

    Hi lotty I do mainley EE & GREEN days, i mix them up through the week. I have better losses if i mix it plus i like the extra HEA & HEB. I still try & use the 1/3 rule so it limits my carbs ect. Hope this helps x
