I have suggested counselling, but my fella is a manly man & just won't except he needs it (I know he does) I feel like were just going round in circles all the time with arguing ect..
I have tried talking to him about it & he says I'm hen pecking him, then we have an argument about it. I know he's feeling down coz not only did he loose his job but his 11 year old son from previous relationship took his own life last November (it hit us all hard & still does) but I still can't...

I often do green days because I like 2 HE a&b. So if I do green days and say want some ham or tuna I either have to use it as a HE or syn it. If you do a red day you have to use your HE for potato or pasta, or syn it if you want to use your HE for something else.

* extra lean mince
*finely chopped onion & apple
* fresh parsley
I just mix it all up, season & then add salt & pepper. Then make into burgers. I find the best thing to do is to chill them for couple of hours (they stick together better...

I do mainley EE & GREEN days, i mix them up through the week. I have better losses if i mix it plus i like the extra HEA & HEB. I still try & use the 1/3 rule so it limits my carbs ect. Hope this helps x
