    Thanks for all the great comments, glad i can be of inspiration to others, if you need any help or advice please ask, and i'll try. Another 1lb gone today, and did longest run yesterday, 7.25 mile in 73 mins :) Only 1st 11lb to go now :)

    Thanks everyone, its not easy but it is enjoyable to see and feel the difference. Now runnning 5 mile, 2 to 3 times a week and training for 10k race in may, and one in june, the half marathon in October. Just had week off the trainign though due to birth of our 1st daughter :) This was what kick...

    Another 2lb off this week, increased calories due to the running and now back to losing 2lb a week :) Only 6lb off losing 100lb now :)

    Weigh in day tomorrow, fingers crossed for a loss, need 1 more lb for the 6 and half stone, or anything over would make me 15st something, which i really cannot remember the last time i was, lol.

    Did my first race with running club last night, 5k (3.1 miles) 29 mins 47 secs :) very pleased because i had tried to set myself a target of getting under 30 mins.

    Just weighed in, another stand still same as last week. Lost 3lb in last 4 weeks :( I know i'm probably developing more muscle with running 3 times a week. But still starting to get frustrating, especially when you set half stone targets at a time, and get 1 stone away and stop. Ok rant over...

    Just done first run with running club. Did 3.6 mile in 33 minutes, really pleased, and surprised at how well it went :)

    First run with running club beginners tomorrow night, then doing 5k race with them on Tuesday. Wish me luck, think i'm gonna need it, lol :)

    Thanks guys, really determined to get down to goal weight, but my main target initally was to start running again. I'm now doing 3 - 5 mile every 3 times a week, doing my 2nd 10k race in June, and 1st half marathon for approx 19 years in October this year! :)

    Thanks for the advice mini, definetly noticing a difference with my clothes, and the main thing for me is that i am really starting to enjoy my running, and getting faster and fitter week after week. :). Doing 2nd 10k race in june then aiming for 1st half marathon in October.

    Hi all. I have been on diet since jun 11, and so far lost 6st 4lb. Started running 3 times a week and feeling so much better, only got another 3 stone left to go to reach target weight :)
