    You could try the soup, which is nice and warm. Best when made on the hob and stir continuously. Otherwise you could try to bars, they are pretty awful, but not bad with a cup of tea. Its the end goal that you need to keep in sight. Treat the shakes as medicine. Good luck...

    Dont get upset, at the end of the day 3lbs is 3lbs and that is a lot better off you than on. This diet is extreme and can wreck your head. Make sure you are adding extra water for the bars. Just keep the faith and hopefully you will be rewarded next week....

    Soup Glorious Soup

    Just quick post. I usually make my soup in work using boiled water from the kettle and its tasty and ok. Today I am at home, just made soup in a saucepan and heated up stirring with a whisk. What a difference, its delish... no lumps or bumps.. Yum.. Just thought I would share this with you.
