    Haha my mum got me the Devina weighted hula hoop yesterday, it's quite fun... I used to be really good but not any more lol, I did more exercise having to constantly pick it up to try again lol, it was fun though and knackering and the kids enjoyed playing with it too :)

    Oooooh I love Allen light, I love the chocolate one and the fudge one, they're actually quite rich and nice tasting which you wouldn't expect I also love the apple one as its really fruity so great for spring/summer time x

    I definitely think that's my main problem when I've tried dieting before as I deprive myself then end up giving in and stuffing myself with all the goodies I've been craving :/ I tried one of the WW rich chocolate puddings for 2pp and they definitely hit the spot for me lol :)

    I like to mix it up a bit, I've got a strider machine that I try to do around 20 minutes when I use it, I also used to love body combat before I had children but where I'm restricted I load up videos on YouTube if I fancy a go, or I will have a little go on the wii in the evening when the kids...

    Staying the same is definitely better than a gain, I always add my 2 weeks together then half it so I know the average of my weight loss, I find that helps more as I tend to lose 3 one week then only 1 the next so I know I'm ok as I'm averaging 2 a week :) I hope we can say hello to our future...

    From what I've read all day most people use all of their daily points and make themselves break into the 49 extra which they say stops your body going into 'starvation mode' so they lose more weight, I hope this makes sense lol, I'm choosing to track my exercise but not calculate any points and...

    Thanks guys there such a variety and you can actually have a healthier treat fried breakfast too, I'd rather a bigger breakfast, small lunch, fruit snacks and the rest on dinner and maybe an options hot chocolate to kill my sweet cravings :D
