I am adding to this because today I weighed myself and I weigh the most I have in my life even just before I have birth to my twin daughters I was not this heavy ! I really need to do this now enough is enough ! Gutted x

How does this diet work ?

I have lost loads of weight in the past but ended up putting more back on top of what I was . I can't seem to find any will power what so ever . Where do you get yours from ?

My eyes they don't look fat lol
