    Maybe you are just building muscle by going to the gym (which is very good for you) and muscle weighs more than fat so try not to be disheartened love

    Awh loopyloo I feel your pain!! The family has just eaten a yummy roast chicken dinner and I sooo wanted a carrot:cry: However i didnt give in and will now make a peppermint tea and shower to keep my mind off food! Early night for me tonight and when i wake up tomorrow I will be on Day 3:D

    Glad I came across this thread..Was contemplating drinking for a night out in a few weeks but will defo be sticking to water now. I know some people handle it fine but Im not willing to take the risk after reading some rather scary stories of people collapsing etc.
