    Less than 3% fat crisps

    Hi I have been looking at crisps in the supermarket for less than 3% fat but non of them seem to brag this on the packet, just 50% LESS fat... Is it as simple as if they have 0.3g fat per 100g, then they are 3% or less? Do i go on the total fat or saturated fat? thanks

    Hi i am sure i saw that Asda frozen cheese omelettes were syn free somewhere. On llifeline Online i see they are 3.5 syns each. I am wondering if i use my healthy A cheese allowance, how many syns can i take off as they still contain whole milk... I just bought some for lunch but don't want...
