Food weights, raw or cooked?

    Hi
    I am going to start my 810 step and i am not sure if the weight in the book is showing raw or cooked weight?

    Can anyone help?

    It's the raw weight as far as I know! :)

    Thanks for that, so how do i work round a whole chicken?
    I have bought one for tea and was going to cut off the full amount after it had been cooked!?

    Hi Porker77, I would reckon on 125g after cooking as this would equal the same amount of cals in 175g uncooked approx 185 kcals
