    Just want to get my thoughts off my chest! So fed up of shakes and chicken soup! I've picked at really tiny portions of food and have loved chewing. Going to do a refeed in 2 weeks time as I'm going away soon after, it can't come soon enough!:o

    Good morning all I've decided to be good today so I'm going to the gym soon. I'll try and do some cardio but I think I'll feel tired fairly quickly so may end up doing mainly weights. Then I'll polish my halo! How have people found exercising on TFR? :)

    Today I checked with the Pharmacy Assistant who has used Lipotrim before. She says its ok to put herbs/black pepper in the soup. Put some mixed herbs in the soup, tasted lovelier!

    Hi all As its Saturday night and I would usually be eating out, so saving my pennies! Instead to reward myself for weight loss just spent £215 on 2 pairs of shoes! Next big weight loss I'll buy something less expensive! ;)

    Just been to the Pharmacy and have lost 21 Ibs! That's just over a pound a day! Please may it continue! I'm going to try and up my exercise this week and see if that makes a difference. How's everyone else doing? :)

    Thanks for your replies! I find the timings hard as I don't want to be hungry so have been having breakfast ie first sachet anything from 11am - 2pm and that's why I've not managed 3 sachets every day. What times do you eat?
