    Here I go again!

Hi Lou, here to give a bit of moral support! I'm doing SW from home, the time of group just doesn't suit. I subscribed to the magazine on Kindle so that's been really helpful, instead of stuffing my face at night I look at back issues and get all inspired! (and hungry) - hope you are having a...

    Confused about consultant

I was going to mention Weightwatchers - when I went years ago I was plodding along, losing 1.5 every week for weeks - my leader was at her target, but her heart wasn't in it. She didn't like cooking from scratch, she didn't like soup so wouldn't really discuss ways of using that for lunches...

    Unrealistic Expectations.

I do. I go for an hour long walk and nearly expect to be down a pound after it. I find visual aids really good - I have 77lbs to lose until I get to my personal target. Diary of a Fat Mam

Thanks so much tamkat, thank you for reading! I do mean it but I've meant it before and that's what worries me, I go bald-headed into things and then I shun them altogether. Always have. Trying this time to break old bad habits and fit SW into bad days as well as good. Going to go for a walk...

    Diary of a Fat Mam

Or full of energy. Or it's a day with a Y in it. As a result, I ended up over 13 stone at the age of 20, met my...
