    Put on 3lb last week after not being able to focus for a few weeks. Would have been happy with 1 lb loss this week but I nearly fell off the scales when it said I lost 5! Couldn't believe it. It's taken me down to 12.04. The only thing I did differently was drink 3 litres of water per day....

    Re: Body Magic Went to my fitness class last night after a week off from it. Felt great to be back. I started the class back in February and the first night I almost threw up!! Might do some stretching and yoga poses now and then I have an hour of running after my dog at agility training...

    I was the same Gizmo. It's very frustrating, and very easy to fall back on bad habits. If your clothes are looser but the scales aren't moving, then you're toning your muscles with exercise and they say muscle weighs heavier than fat.

    Red Day CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

    Made this last night and it was lovely. I'm a divel for not keeping to recipes....I used carrots, peppers, mushrooms and I threw in a fresh chilli as well. This is definitely worth a go :) I used more soy sauce and double the garlic too. Chinese 5 Spice adds a great taste :)

    Uh oh....just looked in the book and Pilau rice is 14 syns on a red day....flip!! Just when I thought I was being naughty in a controlled way. Oh well I'm not going to worry as it's my Star week and I haven't had a take away in months. The syns were so high because I was doing a Red day.
