    Yes pretty much low carb is no pasta, bread, white potatoes, rice etc. My version of low carb would be limited whole grain carbs at breakfast such as shredded wheat, a small amount at lunch brown pasta, sweet potato etc then none for the rest of the day. Hope this helps :)

    Weigh in day! 10.4 so I lost 1 pound which is fine considering I had a day out thurs and a pub lunch yesterday, I usually don't use my weeklies till the wkend il have to be extra good till Monday now :-) total 3 lbs loss x

    It's so much easier I really like the refrigerated meals in the white packets worth the few extra points :-) ha I no my activity has always been high but as they say ya can't out-train a bad diet!
