Hi Kay and everyone else here, well after a longer than expected break I'm trying to get back on track. I've had a horrid three weeks with husband and kids really ill with viral infections. Not been on for ages, I've had to take a short break. Towards the middle of last week my whole family came down with a virus. Nausea, headaches, dizziness. They have all been ill ever since. It is possibly the same virus that gave me dizzy spells the other week. I've been caring for them...

Losing a stone in the first week?

I can so relate to the SW comment. I looked through their programme and free foods etc and was shocked, much of it included foods that helped my keep piling on the pounds. I know my discipline around food is shocking and I just don't have a 'stop when full' button. If it's unlimited, I'll...

2lbs off this week, not too bad considering how bloated I felt, and I'd had two days part refeed at that time. I've had a lovely weekend off, too much consumed, but a lovely time. I found I filled up really quickly, and tried not to overeat. I'm back on the shakes today and hoping to see a loss...

Sorry lillady, this isn't a rant aimed at you, just loads of people have been asking the same, and I feel really strongly about this. You must take all three sachets. The lipotrim sachets are the minimum possible requirements you need before your body goes into starvation mode. They are...

Don't worry, just drink your shakes as normal, and if you have slipped out of ketosis, you'll slip back in. Weight loss shouldn't be affected as your calorie intake is still super low.
