Apologies if there's already a current thread for this, I've looked and haven't found one so hopefully there isn't! I'm going to start this tomorrow, does anyone fancy doing it too?
Hi It's like an exercise circuit training thing. There's 3 levels and you do level 1 for 10 days, 2 for 10 days and 3 for 10 days. They're all on you tube. I'm on day 5 and my thighs are like lead! x
