30 Day Shred - anyone fancy it?

Apologies if there's already a current thread for this, I've looked and haven't found one so hopefully there isn't! I'm going to start this tomorrow, does anyone fancy doing it too? :)
 
Hi :) It's like an exercise circuit training thing. There's 3 levels and you do level 1 for 10 days, 2 for 10 days and 3 for 10 days. They're all on you tube. I'm on day 5 and my thighs are like lead! :) x
