We got told tonight that last week in the 3 classes our SWC runs the total loss was 12 stone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN ONE WEEK!!!!!!!!!

I lost 1.5lbs tonight to get my stone sticker and I'm 0.5lb under. Next mini challenge is 7lbs away - 1.5stone sticker & under the 'next' stone.

Only 5stone 7lbs to go............
